OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

Dear Customers,

Our company's fulfillment centers are based in the US and ASIA Pacific, in order to make sure you get your products as quickly as possible.

We ship to most locations worldwide.

Kindly note:

  • We can't take responsibility for an incomplete or incorrect address or destination info, if you realize you made an error please contact us as soon as possible so we will be able to fix it before the item leaves our fulfillment center.
  • We are not responsible for any additional costs or extra fees as a result of local customs laws or regulations.
  • Processing time is 1-5 days due to our mass of orders.
  • During holidays seasons there will be delays on both processing and delivery time. We kindly appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • Maximum delivery time is 25 days for all products.

Athletic Collections:

US:

We ship by standard USPS mail or FEDEX and the order should arrive within 2-7 business days Tracking and security check out are provided for all orders.

Rest of the world:

We ship by USPS or DHL, depending on the order amount. Orders should arrive within 3-14 business days. Tracking and security check out are provided for all orders.

 

 

 

 

 

Non-Athletic collections:

US:

We ship by ePacket and the order should arrive within 10-20 business days. Tracking and security check out are provided for all orders.

Rest of the world:

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Your order should arrive within 30 - 50 business days.

 

FAQ

  1. Q) How much is the shipping cost?

Most of our items have free shipping worldwide. However, for freebies, the item is free but we charge extra for shipping and handling. The total shipping charge depends on the weight of the product and the country we are shipping to but should be between 5$-15$ for standard weight items. This increases if you have more than one freebie in your item cart which is stored at different warehouses overseas.

 

  1. Q) Do you offer bulk discounts?

Our pricing is tallied up using individual product prices so if you are thinking about purchasing 5 or more products, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to work on a discount for you.

  1. Q) How can some items be FREE?
  • The items that are labeled as FREE, are promotional deals that our marketing team has managed to wrangle. We only get a certain number of each product and each deal lasts only until the product is sold out.
  • The Items are 100% free, you simply pay the cost shipping to send it to you.
  • Yes, it seems crazy but it's true, so don't miss out!

 

 

 

  1. Q) I have ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?

Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees.

You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks. However, if you don't – let us know. You can contact our support by emailing:

Please keep all delivery packets as we will require them for evidence of shipment.

 

  1. Q) Where can I find my tracking no?

 

This will be e-mailed to you once it is shipped and also updated. In rare cases, when we cannot provide you with the tracking number, you can avail the 60-day return policy if the item does not arrive.

 

  1. Q) Where is my order?

Please make sure to check the tracking number you have received to see where your order is currently located. If the number says that you have received the order but you have not, it is most likely with your postal service. Please consult them and revert back to us if there are any further issues.

 

  1. Q) What do I do about customs fees?

You will need to bear the cost of any custom or import fees outside of the total price of your order. We mark all our orders as gifts, so the chance of attracting custom duties is very low.

 

 

 

 

  1. Q) The color looks different on my newly received item than what I see on the website – can I do something about this?

 

Computer screens display colors differently and that is one reason that you might receive slightly different colored products. We assure you the design will remain same.

Refunds & Returns

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- which means we will refund your product cost or replace it if you don't receive your order, it got damaged or was not as described in the product page.  We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
  • Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs.
  • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via thepetwish@gmail.comand we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days. Thanks for understanding!
